Todaysmeet.com

How To

The first thing you do is go to todaysmeet.com. Under “Get Started Right Now” pick a name for your room. The name for the room will appear in the url (web address). For example, if you type TechBoss for the name of your room the web address would be: todaysmeet.com/techboss. If the name you type has a red X at the end of it, then the name has already been taken and you need to select another one. A green check mark means that the name is available. Next you say how long you want the room to be open. The options range from 1 hour to 1 month. To have others join your room simply share the room address. To begin communicating, type in your name and click “join”. Then, add a message and click “say.”

Student Application
Students can use todaysmeet.com to interview or comunicate with people from a long distance. For example, in 5th grade right now we are interviewing a veteran. My vet lives in Florida, so I plan to use todaysmeet for my interview. When assigned a group project students can work on it outside of school using todaysmeet. We are also going to ask our teachers to create a todaysmeet room for homework help. That way we can ask questions and answer each other at night when we don’t understand our homework. Also when we are researching we can post the link to the website on todaysmeet so the whole class has access to all students’ research.

That is all about Todaysmeet! Hope our description was enough information for you to use Todaysmeet!
